Director, Property Management

Jeanne Baker

Ms. Baker has more than 30 years of experience as a licensed realtor, including 15 years managing and marketing affordable senior communities. She is responsible for overseeing marketing and leasing for all the Alden Foundation developments and oversees property managers responsible for the Foundation’s affordable independent living communities. Ms. Baker also assists in identifying new sites for development.

Maintenance Engineer

Farell Pelfrey

Farell has been ensuring that the Alden of Waterford campus is a highly maintained living environment since 2005. He is responsible for addressing Lakes at Waterford work orders in a timely manner and oversees the grounds for the entire 38-acre campus. Farell is committed to meeting resident’s maintenance needs and therefore is available 24/7 for resident emergencies. David Haczynski is also available after-hours.

Sales Director

Ruth Lange

Ruth is the Sales Director at the Lakes at Waterford Senior Living Community. She is responsible for assisting prospective residents in choosing a duplex ranch home that will meet their both their needs and desires. Working closely with the new residents and their involved family members, Ruth assists to ensure a smooth transition to the community. After move-in, she assists with overseeing the upkeep management of their new home and grounds. With over 25 years of experience in the field of senior living and over 11 years in the area of marketing and sales, Ruth continues to enjoy serving the senior population at the Lakes at Waterford.
